Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
368d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in any way. Such action may be taken without prior notice in cases involving an immediate security threat.
If an account is suspended while an investigation is in progress, the balance in that account may be held until the investigation concludes. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the user. If a breach is established, 368d reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in accordance with the platform's anti-fraud policy.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 368d customer support team through the channels available on the platform. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once the account closure procedure is complete, subject to standard verification.
